“Regionalism in Fluctuating International Relations”

We are pleased to announce the 334th HSP Seminar featuring Professor Neil MacFarlane (Harvard University / University of Oxford).

Drawing on his expertise in Russian foreign policy, NATO and EU affairs, and international politics of the Caucasus and Central Asia, Professor MacFarlane will explore the possibilities and challenges of regionalism in today’s fluctuating international relations, including Russia’s engagement in Africa as a contemporary case study.
